# Governance toolkit used in the TEC:

Organizing complexity is a challenge; while we acknowledge the importance of socio-technical processes, the interplay of tooling, composability, culture, as well as their corresponding social agreements and administration, here we focus on tooling explanations and document three contextual “slices” in which to view the TEC’s governance tools.
